1. Who we are

WishFlow HR ("we", "us") is a mobile app that helps HR teams and managers remember and celebrate employee birthdays, work anniversaries and festivals. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what choices you have.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, health, or financial information. The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

3. Data about your employees

Employee details are entered by you (typed in, or imported from a spreadsheet). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload this information and for informing your employees. We process it only to provide the app's features to you, and never use it for advertising or sell it.

4. How we use your data

To schedule birthday, anniversary and festival reminders on your device.
To generate greeting cards and pre-fill WhatsApp messages you choose to send.
To keep your workspace synced across your team.
To display ads (Google AdMob), which fund the free app.

Messages are only sent when you tap send — the app opens WhatsApp with the message ready. WishFlow HR never sends messages on your behalf.

5. Sharing

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage) hosts your data as our service provider.
Google AdMob receives your advertising ID and device information to serve ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Firebase's encrypted infrastructure. We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your personal data is removed.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time: open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your profile and your workspace membership. Employee records belonging to the company remain with the company's remaining administrators.

You can also request deletion by emailing vedasync.dev@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

WishFlow HR is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll help.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date, and where required we'll notify you in the app.
